Petition Presented by Harsnakar Case Lawyers was Denied

Today at 10 am is the deadline of acquisition with the materials and presenting petition on case of Vahe Avetyan’s successor’s and other four sufferers.
Lurer.com talked to the lawyer Tigran Yegoryan. The latter informed, that one petition has been presented, where lots of problems and demands are raised. He stated, that the process of strategy of petition publication is being discussed and he can’t give any interpretation.
Tigran Yegoryan also stated that a while ago petition presented to prolong the terms of studying materials and presenting petition was denied.
To the question, what steps are being planned, he stated,
“Now we’re going to appeal to Prosecutor’s Office and we’re going to announce rejection, as the denial was wrong. We presented two petitions on August 9 and the investigator replied to one of the petitions, but the petition wasn’t discussed in essence, there was written that the term you requested is already limited. So it turns out, that they didn’t reply to our petition.”
Some kind of absurd situation is created. With this basis we’re going to present rejection to the investigative body and within the period of two days we’re going to appeal against the decision of the court in Prosecutor’s Office.”
