Special Investigation Service Deputy Chief Marsel Nshan Matevosyan Died

Special Investigation Service Deputy Chief Marsel Nshan Matevosyan suddenly died today at the age of 61 in his office.
M.Matevosyan was born on April 28, 1951 in Aghavnatun village of Armavir region. He received his higher education at law department of YSU, which graduated with diploma of honor in 1977.
He began his professional activity in Prosecution of Martuni district as investigator-intern.

1987-1988թթ. – Senior investigator of Sevan mid-regional Prosecution
1988-1991թթ. – Attorney of Sisian region
1991-1992թթ. – Prosecutor of RA Prosecution Department
1992-1999թթ. – VIC Investigator at RA Prosecutor General
1999-2001թթ. - VIC Investigator of Investigative Department of Prosecutor General of RA
2002-2004թթ. – Deputy Military Prosecutor
2004-2007թթ. – Deputy head of investigative department of RA Prosecutor’s Office, and
from 2005 - Head of department of human trafficking and their illegal migration
From December 2007 until this day Deputy chief of Special Investigation Service.

During his working activity he was awarded with different awards.
