What do Authorites do besides Making Money? Alen Simonyan

A Facebook user Alen Simonyan writes on his page:
“I want to understand the following: what do You do - AUTHRITY, besides making money for yourselves in the offices. Which Ministry works normally? Wherever you apply with a business, you want to commit a suicide. It’s been 1.5 years, that war is going on in Syria, and you can’t send an airplane, get our compatriots out, you can’t provide a piece of bread here, not even the comers from Syria, you can’t even provide it here, for the residents. You beat person until death, you punish yourself, you forgive yourself. You turned the television into a stupidity-propaganda-machine. You go all over the world, beg for money, pile debts on us, and even that is not given. 30 million is like going and asking $1000 from someone, and he’d give you 3000 drams and tell you no need to return. You only collect taxes, do 5 cm asphalt, in order to sign out money to get along, until we see what happens. Policemen walk through the city in 4 different uniforms.
