RA Police Chief, Lieutenant-General Vladimir Gasparyan signed a command. According to it Police Colonel Norayr Muradkhanyan was appointed Police Chief of Staff. This news was confirmed to Lurer.com by the Police.
To note, there was a consultation in the Police today, after which V.Gasparyan signed the command.
