Died the British, whom the court deprived of the right to die

The 58-year-old invalid, who was deprived of the right to leave the life voluntarily, by the High Court of London, died of pneumonia in the County of Wiltshire.
After getting a strike in 2005, Tony Nicklinson was suffering from the syndrome of so-called "closed man". He maintained his reasoning, but lost the ability to control his body and was communicating with the world through a special computer, being controlled by eyes.
In order to put an end to the life full of suffering, he applied to the court, since he can’t even take a medicine to die all by himself, and if anybody else provides it for him, it can be regarded as murder.
Last week, after receiving the court's rejection, Tony Nicklinson refused to take any food, BBC reports.
