President Armen Sarkissian spoke on the phone with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani.

President Sarkissian informed Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani on the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno Karabakh and the current situation.

The parties concurred that the problem could be solved only through a dialogue and negotiations.

During the phone conversation, President Sarkissian and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani spoke also of the prospects for the development of bilateral relations.
