Nalbandyan meets with Ban ki-Moon

Armenia’s Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met on October 1 with the UN Secretary General Ban ki-Moon, Armenia’s MFA press service reports.

With the request of the UN Secretary General, Minister Nalbandian briefed on the current developments in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process.

Nalbandian highly assessed the condemnation of release of murderer Safaraov by UN and other organizations.

During the meeting Nalbandian and Ban ki-Moon exchanged thoughts over the issues UN is facing, process of reforms, etc.
The UN Secretary General rated high signing of agreement on climate changes by 2015.

The interlocutors also referred to the process of implementation of proposals of Armenia’s periodical report.
