Serzh Sargsyan receives Maksim Sokolov

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received on Friday the delegation headed by Russia’s Transport Minister and co-chair of Armenia-Russia intergovernmental committee Maksim Sokolov.
Co-chairs of the Committee Maksim Sokolov and Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan briefed President Sargsyan on the results of today’s meeting.
Serzh Sargsyan said he is hopeful that the Committee will make a contribution to development of strategic cooperation between Armenia and Russia, expansion of economic cooperation and strengthening of ties between the two friendly nations. President underscored intergovernmental committee’s role in implementation of agreements reached in various fields.
