Japan to impose sanctions on companies from several countries, including Armenia
WorldJapan will impose new sanctions on dozens of organizations from Russia, Armenia, the UAE, Syria, and Uzbekistan, RIA Novosti reports, citing the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan.
Taco company from Armenia is also on the respective list.
The sanctions on these organizations will come into force on December 27.
Previously, Taco was also on the US and EU sanctions lists.
According to the data of the State Register of Armenia, Taco company was registered in Armenia on April 5, 2022 under the name of Russian citizen V. Verkhovtsev. The company imports and re-exports Chinese radio electronics to Russia.
