President Vahagn Khachaturyan met with the Primate of the Armenian Catholic Eparchy Bishop Mikael Muradian

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan met with the Primate of the Armenian Catholic Eparchy Bishop Mikael Muradian in his residence in Los Angeles.

 

During the meeting, a reference was made to the internal and external challenges of Armenia and the comprehensive steps taken by the Armenian leadership to address them.

In an informal setting, the President of the Republic and His Eminence talked about the events of the communal life of Armenian Catholics in Armenia and the Diaspora.

 

Answering the questions raised by His Eminence Mikael, President Vahagn Khachaturyan provided details about the border demarcation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as about the general regional realities.

 

At the meeting, the both sides emphasized the importance of consistent implementation of the principles of realistic policy adopted by Armenia in matters of the internal and external agenda.
