Saakashvili to address PACE winter session

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will address the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Monday.

According to the official website of the Council of Europe, addresses by Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Fule, and Italian Justice Minister Paola Severino are among highlights of the 2013 Winter PACE Session.

In particular, a report prepared on this subject by Swiss representative Tina Aketoft will be discussed on Jan.23.

Representatives of Russian delegation to PACE have already stated that a resolution in relation to Russia is too critical and politicized.
