On February 11 the RA NA President Hovik Abrahamyan received the Chairman of the International Expert Centre for Electoral Systems being on Long-term Observation Mission in Armenia, the Director of Institute for Eastern European and CIS Countries, the member of the Israeli Parliament Alexander Zinker and the expert Anna Churdova (Czech Republic).

In the course of the meeting the interlocutors discussed issues relating to the upcoming presidential elections. They touched upon the pre-electoral processes, and the campaign procedure. Both sides highlighted the conduct of fair and transparent elections. The NA President stressed that the Armenian authorities had political will for holding free and fair elections in accordance with international standards.
