As a group leader of examining the criminal case of mass riots taken place in Yerevan in 2008, March 1 to 2, was appointed SIS senior investigator Vaghinak Janazyan.
To note, till November 16, it was headed by the Special Investigation Service senior investigator Vahagn Harutyunyan, who was recently appointed to the position of Chief of RA Police Investigation Main Department of important cases.
