Citizens of Guinea and Tanzania fraudulently extorted money from Armenians.

Criminal case is instigated according to the Armenian Criminal Code on stealing large amount of money and trying to legalize illicit income by the citizens of Guinea and Tanzania.

Armenian police revealed in particular that 29-year-old Anzhela K., a citizen of Guinea came to an agreement with Rodriguez, a citizen of Tanzania regarding illegal air ticket sale, by receiving cash, as well as using false credit cards. After having implemented similar actions in Tanzania, Anzhela came to Armenia in August of this year with the aim to continue her activity here. In particular, she cheated three Armenian citizens for purchasing air tickets and received large amount of money. Criminal case is instigated.

The case is sent to Special Investigation Service (SIS). If there are people, who also suffered from the woman's activity, please refer to SIS or the Prosecutor General's Office. Tel. 511-582
