“Al Jazeera”: The son of Kaddafi was arrested in the South of Libya.

The son of Libya's previous leader Muammar Kaddafi, Safe al-Islam was arrested in one of the regions of Southern Libya. It was announced by the Justice Minister of National Transitional Government of Libya Mohammed al-Alaguin. The latter refused to give another details based with the date. The son of Kaddafi has been under the investigation since June of this year.

He is accused in a number of crimes against the humanity. At the end of October, the International Court of Hague spread a message, which was indirectly connected with the son of Kaddafi, Safe al-Islam. The main judge of Hague's court said that if the son of Kaddafi turns to our court voluntarily, he will be given the right to defend himself. Meanwhile, the representatives of Libya's National Transitional Council said that they were ready to cooperate with the International Court of Justice for providing the necessary information based on Safe. Let's remember that on October 20, the former leader of Libya Muammar Kaddafi was killed in his native city of Syrt, by the transitional forces.
