A dramatic incident took place in German football. Cologne-Mainz meeting of German Bundesliga's 13th round was postponed because of the suicide attempt of chief referee Babak Rafati.
Before the game, Rafati was found at one of Cologne hotels with cut veins. Fortunately, the referee's life was saved. What was the reason of such a step is unknown. To note, 41-year-old Rafati is of Iranian origin.
