Consultation from the Experts` Group of US and UK.

From November 13 to 21, the Experts' Group of US and UK was in Armenia again to provide consultations for the Reforms of Personnel Management System of the ARM Armed Forces.

The advisory group conducted effective discussions with the representatives involved in human resources management of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

The crux of the discussions was the implementation and development of the professional sergeants system in the ARM Armed Forces. Much attention was specially paid to the selection procedure of professional sergeants, appointment to the position, education, qualification and attestation, promotion and their social welfare. ARM First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan also received the advisory group to sum up the results and outline further advisory assistance.
