"There is a contradiction between Aliyev and the society. I think there will certainly be response from OSCE Minsk Group, and if it is delayed, it is the omission of our Foreign Ministry", said the politician concerning the two killings of Armenian soldiers by Azerbaijani snipers.

"Whatever, the media and civil society is not silent and requires the West to response seriously to the problems of our region," added the speaker.
