Aharon Adibekyan: “The ANC is left no room.”

Political brands have been established in the political sphere of Armenia. Such a point of view was expressed by the sociologist Aharon Adibekyan today. "The political sphere has well-established parties and a lot of pocket, petty units which advocate the opinion of their founders in the political sphere," he said.

Aharon Adibekyan thinks a primary brand in the political sphere is the Republican Party which deals with the solution of state and political problems. According to him, Bargavach Hayastan Party has set to solve economic development-related issues which are also important. The ARF-D has adopted the way of solution of national and all-Armenian issues. As to the Orinats Yerkir Party, according to Aharon Adibekyan, this party focuses on human rights protection with social notes.

In answer to the question to assess the brand of OYP, Adibekyan first advised the reporters not to treat him as OYP's image maker. He noted that they were beside people, you simply did not follow. Then he said he takes part in decision making.

According to Adibekyan, all the places in the political sphere are occupied. The ANC is left no room. "The only goal the ANC has set is to stop the import of one product to the market or another and instead present their own products and services. In other words, give us power and we will solve all the issues together. This is impossible. You must reveal the advantage of your product and service over the others," the sociologist said.

Adibekyan thinks the Republicans, Bargavach Hayastan Party, Orinats Yerkir, ANC and the ARF will be in the next parliament. He thinks the Heritage Party has little chance. "Those who have better leverages shape a better public opinion," he said.
