Heghine Bisharyan: "I give an importance to the words of the 3rd person, Samvel Sargsyan, who said that there was an incident but Syunik Governor did not hit".

"I condemn such kind of attitude towards women. How can one speak like this?", in such a way during today`s press conference responded the Chief of the Rule of Law Party Heghine Bisharyan relating to the incident recently occurred between Syunik Governor and businesswoman  Silva Hambardzumyan.

"I can`t say whether he hit or  not. I believe in everyone, but I think sober and can`t say something confident which I didn't see", stated Heghine Bisharyan. "In this issue, I give an importance to the words of the 3rd person, Samvel Sargsyan, who was with Suren Khachatryan and said that the incident occurred but Syunik Governor didn't hit", added the spokesman.
