Within the framework of state visit to Lebanon, today, on November 25, Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan was hosted  by Catholicos of Cilicia Aram I.

Welcoming the visit of the minister to Lebanon the Patriarch wished him success and presented the issues of Armenian educational establishments in the country, the implemented programs.

Minister Ashotyan presented to the Catholicos the goal of the visit, informed about reforms ongoing in Armenia's education sphere and expressed readiness to assist in the solution of the issues of the Armenian educational establishments and their development programs.

During the meeting issues on training of Diaspora teachers, creation of new educational literature were discussed.
