Kris Humphries to sue Kim Kardashian for $10 million.

Kris Humphries is reportedly considering suing his estranged wife Kim Kardashian and her family for 10 million dollars as he is concerned about his portrayal in 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York'.

According to Life and Style magazine, a source has said that the 26-year-old NBA star has also consulted a lawyer because he feels he should be paid more for his contribution to the reality TV show.

"Kris has a legal team investigating his options. He's claiming his role on 'Kourtney and Kim Take New York' is bigger than he was told, and that's why he wants more money," Contactmusic quoted the source as saying.

"But Kris is also suing because he's really worried about how badly he's going to be portrayed on the series," the source said.

Humphries is said to be particularly concerned about the footage of him allegedly "bullying" the 31-year-old socialite's best friend Jonathan Cheban with a string of homophobic comments.

"Midway through the season, Kris starts bullying Kim's best friend, Jonathan Cheban, about his sexuality. Jonathan isn't gay, but Kris accuses him of being gay and criticizes him for it in a really homophobic way. Jonathan is really upset," the source added.

The professional basketball player has hired lawyer Lee Hutton III who has been tasked with trying to prevent the most shocking moments from being included in the programme as the sportsman insists he was "set up" because his scenes were scripted.
