President Serzh Sargsyan had an official visit to Tavush and Gegharkunik Regions of Armenia.

On Nov. 26, Serzh Sargsyan left for Tavush province after an official visit to Gegharkunik province.
The President started his visit from Gavar, where he attended the opening of the medical center. The President toured in the building, familiarized with the capacities of the center and answered the journalists’ questions.
In Dilijan Serzh Sargsyan visited the newly exploited Best Western Paradise Hotel, got acquainted with the hotel's conditions that correspond to modern standards, the investments that have been made and the workplaces that have been created.
He also visited the construction site for the Dilijan Education and Research Center of the RA Central Bank. The main goal of the Dilijan Education and Research Center is to create an institute equipped with state-of-the-art technical and technological equipment for regional and international conferences related to economy and finance and for the implementation of educational programs that will give employees of the RA Central Bank training opportunities.
It is also envisaged to implement activities for the construction of modern databases, which will serve as an additional impetus for Armenian and foreign researchers.
The Center will include a territorial cash register center that will help serve the region's financial organizations.
The Center has a 29,000 square meter surface area and is composed of the main and technical buildings. The Center is scheduled to open in January 2013.
