"You are the animal!"-quotation from today`s NA session.

Today, on Nov. 30, an unwanted incident occurred at Armenia’s National Assembly, when NA was examining the credit loan agreement, whereby Armenia will receive a US$ 18 million credit to hold consultations. 

NA Deputy Speaker Samvel Nikoyan called to the Sessions’ Hall all of ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MPs, to organize a voting, but he delayed its organization to some extent. And as a result there was chaos at the Hall.  

As opposition Heritage Party Faction’s leader Stepan Safaryan informed, the outbursts reached their peak to Heritage MP Armen Martirosyan’s address, and the MP was compelled to pause briefly. Infuriated RPA MP Arakel Movsisyan (a.k.a. Shmays) yelled from his seat: “I didn’t come here to listen to an animal like you!”  Armen Martirosyan in his turn retorted: “You’re the animal, speak calmly! How dare you speak like that?” Stepan Safaryan also called Movsisyan to order, and the MP subsequently left the Sessions’ Hall.
