According to the information of LURER.com, today, on November 15, RA Chief of Chamber of Control Ishkhan Zakaryan summoned a conference and ordered to immediately begin inspections in Hrazdan and Abovyan cities.

 

This conference is especially remarkable and symbolic as the command of sudden inspections in PAP region is carried just after two days of PAP's victory in Ijevan town.

This fact suggests that The Republican Party of Armenia, concerned with the unexpected results of the elections, with the help of Chamber of Control inspections and future derelictions is trying to weaken both the positions of local authorities and PAP in Kotayk region.

Due to our sources, the "first blow" will receive the Mayor of Abovyan Karo Guloyan, the son-in-law of PAP President Gagik Tsarukyan.
