Arthur Ghazinyan hosted the OSCE -ODIHR mission head

Director of the center for European Studies Arthur Ghazinyan on February 26 in the European Studies Center hosted the OSCE ODIHR mission head, Ambassador Mrs. Heidi Tagliavini.

During the meeting Artur Ghazinyan thanked the Ambassador for her work within the framework of this important mission, and support for the establishment of democratic institutions.

During the conversation the two sides discussed February 18 elections, the electoral process and the post-election developments. Head of mission, Ambassador Mrs. Tagliavini made a specific reference concerning the civil society and democratic education issues.
