Soldier Narek Davtyan committed suicide in one of RA army units in Vanadzor on Dec. 2, a reliable source told "We Won't Keep Silent" youth initiative.

An investigation further revealed that prison rules in army units are “sponsored” by command staff enabling them to better control the situation.

The case urged "We Won't Keep Silent" youth initiative to address Commander-in-Chief of the military Serzh Sargsyan with a demand to establish discipline in the army.
