The National Assembly must continue reinforcing respect of the people toward the parliamentarian institute, member of the Heritage party's faction Larisa Alaverdyan said December 5 after being nominated in the office of chairperson of the parliament.

"If being elected, I will consider the most important issue the reinforcement of rule and order in the NA," Larisa Alavedyan said. In response to a rhetoric question why opposition forwards candidacy knowing that the RPA makes a majority in the parliament, Alaverdyan said that "Heritage" finds it necessary to participate in all political processes as only in this way it is possible to reinforce the traditions of parliamentarism.

"It is necessary to eliminate the hostile attitude of opposition and authorities," Larisa Alaverdyan said, adding that in case of being elected they will make efforts in that direction.
