Chairman of the Popular Party of Armenia Tigran Karapetyan: "Justice is not valued in Armenia".

Chairman of the Popular Party of Armenia (PPA) Tigran Karapetyan is highly critical of the current domestic political developments.
"Everyone wants money and alliance. But politics must be based on ideology," Karapetyan told journalists.
He rules out the PPA's participation in the forthcoming elections in alliance with another political force. Although he wanted to cooperate with the Armenian National Congress (ANC), he was disappointed after seeing "a show" at the ANC rally on Sept. 28.
"We are living in a tyrannical state. Armenia's resources are being depleted. I am sure we are moving toward destruction. The people are passive," Karapetyan said.
He rules out cooperation between the ANC and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP). "By proposing cooperation to the PAP, the ANC shows it is part of the ruling regime. The ruling coalition is a single whole, how can they propose cooperation to it?" said Karapetyan.
With respect to cooperation between the ANC and Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D), Karapetyan does not rule it out in the context of preventing election rigging – all political forces wants fair elections.
There are people in Armenia that clearly see the ANC's games, for example. "We will get votes because we have never played the same game as the authorities or done any bad thing to our people," Karapetyan said.
As regards possible election results, Karapetyan's advice is to see what is going on in Russia. Armenia's ruling party, Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) will get 30% of votes at best, he said.
