Again an incident occurred in the National Assembly and again the conflicting sides were the Republican MP and the opposition Armen Martirosyan. A few days ago during the NA session RPA MP, businessman Arakel Movsisyan, ('Shmays') during "Heritage" MP Armen Martirosyan`s speech called him 'animal'.

Today, during Armen Martirosyan`s speech, when he was presenting his point of view connected with the activities of the NA Speaker, offensive expressions were heard again, though they were not addressed personally to Martirosyan. This time the order was interfered by RPA member Karen Avagyan. The expressions were interrupted only when the word passed to Martirosyan`s partner Larisa Alaverdyan, who criticized the unacceptable behavior of the young RPA deputy calling this behavior as expression of obvious insult towards the session".

After leaving the hall Avagyan talked with reporters reasoning his action as a result of getting bored.
