Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has visited this morning Spitak and Gyumri cities of Armenia hit by a devastating earthquake on December 7, 1988.
In Spitak, Tigran Sargsyan commemorated the earthquake victims, laying a wreath at the earthquake monument.
Observing a minute's silence in memory of the earthquake victims, the premier left for Gyumri where he laid flowers at the memorial for the victims of the devastating earthquake.
As part of his working visit to Shirak region, Tigran Sargsyan also visited Amasia regional center to attend the opening ceremony of a medical center and a kindergarten.
