Then the process of implementation of the Congress's registration program related to the return of deposits of the Savings Bank was discussed. A decision to present a relevant motion to the Ministry of Finance was taken up.

On December 7, the Congress issued condolences in connection with the 1988 earthquake to the families and relatives of victims. The Congress also discussed the situation in the disaster zone, particularly, the fact that 6300 families still didn't have apartments even though 13 years passed after the earthquake.
