Early this morning, members of the Armenian Police Special Branch (6th devision) broke into the house of Armen Ohanyan, who works at the All-Armenian Fund, and forcibly took him into custody.

The latter refused to go anywhere without seeing an arrest warrant but another group of men arrived, twisted Armen’s arms and took him away without providing a reason.

Armen Ohanyan is employed at the All-Armenian Fund as a Chief Expert in the Public Affairs Department.

He is also a member of the “Army, In Reality” civic initiative.

According to Ohanyan the case for which he was arrested doesn`t have any connection with him but his briends.

Ohanyan is being questioned.
