PM Tigran Sargsyan congratulates Putin on victory.

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the Head of Government of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of the victory of the United Russia Party in the State Duma elections.

“On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the occasion of the victory of the United Russia Party in the elections of December 4. During the years of its existence the United Russia has proved that it’s a party with a powerful political potential, which can lead the public and be responsible for the future of the state. 

I would like to avail myself of the opportunity to emphasize the special cooperation that exists between the two leading forces of our countries – the United Russia and the Republican Party of Armenia."
