French, German and British leaders did not come to an agreement.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister of Great Britain David Cameron did not manage to get an agreement during their last meeting, BBC writes referring to its own sources.

European leaders tried to agree over the main changes in EU agreement before the EU general summit. The changes are about supervising and managing of the state budgets, otherwise the EU countries will be punished and sanctions will be held over them.

N. Sarkozy announced before that it would be the only way to overcome economical crisis in Europe.
