RA FM Edward Nalbandian met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon Adnan Mansour.

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met Friday with Adnan Mansour, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon.

Welcoming his Lebanese counterpart, the Armenian Foreign Minister noted that the official visit of the Lebanese President to Armenia will strengthen the Armenian-Lebanese relations based on centuries-long traditions of friendship.

In his turn, Adnan Mansour said that the relations between Armenia and Lebanon are at a high level and his country is interested in expansion of the cooperation with Armenia.

With the assignment of the heads of two countries, the ministers discussed the steps to be taken for regular organization of mutual visits, and development of the cooperation.

Agreement was reached on conducting regular consultations between the Foreign Affairs Ministries of the two countries.

The interlocutors exchanged thoughts over regional issues, particularly, on the developments taking place in the Arabic World, and Artsakh Conflict.
