The Special Investigation Service of Armenia has completed the preliminary investigation of a criminal case filed against former head of Armenia's traffic police, Margar Ohanyan, who faces allegations of embezzlement.
The prosecutor supervising the preliminary investigation confirmed the bill of indictment, the Prosecutor General's Office reports.
It was revealed that Margar Ohanyan abused his official powers, causing substantial damage to the state. The criminal case has been forwarded to the Court of general Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts.
