"BBC": A radio broadcaster set a new World Record for one on one interview in Australia.

ABC radio's Richard Glover and author Peter FitzSimons have broken the Guinness world record for the longest ever one-on-one radio interview following a 24 hour tête-à-tête broadcast live on digital radio. The interview commenced at 10am Sunday in ABC's Ultimo headquarters before finishing 24 hours later at 10am today, smashing the previous world record of 12 hours and 30 seconds held by Spain's Pedro Ruiz.
Glover outlined an ingenious plan of attack in his weekly column for Fairfax weekend liftout Spectrum: "Others note that with the voluble Fitzy by my side, success should be relatively easy to achieve. They recommend the opening inquiry, "Peter tell us about yourself," after which I should be able to enter a meditative daze for at least the first five hours."
The noted blabbermouths discussed topics such as "Australian explorers, commercial radio, parenting, rugby, first kisses and red bandanas" and are said to have consumed copious amounts of tea.
