On the basis of the elementary management laws and taking into account all the last contradictory tendencies, I am sure for 100% that the forthcoming parliamentary election in Armenia will be unfair, management expert, Harutyun Mesropyan, told journalists today.
"Before every elections since 1996 statements have been voiced in Armenia that the forthcoming elections will be better than the previous ones... I have got an impression against such a background that many politicians do not see elementary reality and go on playing political games", he said.
In this context, Mesropyan thinks that just readiness of the authorities to provide free and transparent elections is evidence of holding of absolutely different elections in May 2012. He can give numerous examples of inconsistency of the voiced intentions of the authorities and their true actions. For instance, the baseless statement that the blockade and transport communications are the main obstacle for development of the economy of Armenia, he said. "If this is the reason, in that case how can import be fourfold more than export? They always apply to representatives of Diaspora to invest in the economy of Armenia", Mesropyan said.
In Armenia the form and content always have no link with each other, and in such a situation it is impossible to believe that the forthcoming elections will be better than the previous ones, he said.
The next parliamentary election will be held in Armenia in May 2012 and the presidential ones - in February 2013.
