US State Secretary Hilary Clinton responded to the accusations by Russian PM Vladimir Putin. Russian PM announced that US State Secretary “gave a stimulus” to some forces in Russia and they started to act actively.

“Protests in Russia after the Parliamentarian elections were not organized”, H. Clinton announced during the interview with PBS TV.

“We support human rights and democracy. Elections are not the only part of the democracy. They are just a condition for further development of the democracy. We have announced clearly what the USA supports”, State Secretary said.

Clinton added that the independent observers registered many violations during the elections and asRussia has an educated population, so the protests are the result of inner developments and nobody organized them.
