"These primitive methods are not so advanced and true," said ARF faction MP Artsvik Minasyan during the talk with LURER.com referring to RA Government`s Dec. 15 decision of providing 3 bottles of oil to 116.000 poor families in Armenia on the occasion of the holidays.

He noted that this 'action' was not a typical phenomenon for developing countries expressing his suspicion regarding the oil origin. "It is better to raise pensions and benefits in order that people can do their purchases," said the deputy.
