Head of the Housing Communal Department of Etchmiadzin Municipality Norayr Mirzakhanyan was released with signature not to leave the country.

To note, due to the RA Police press release, Mirzakhanyan was arrested on Dec. 13 at the 2nd km section of the Etchmiadzin-Yerevan highway after being suspected in keeping narcotics. A 7.4 kg mass similar to marijuana was found in the pocket of his jacket.

Norayr Mirzakhanyan has been charged with Article 268 (2) of the RA Criminal Code.
