On December 14 at 15:00, Ararat city police officers arrested a 22-year old resident of Lusarat village and suspect him of theft.

Police say on the night of December 6, the young man had stolen a horse belonging to a citizen of Vedi and had caused him 400,000 drams in damages. Police also say the young man had stolen the horse of another citizen of Vedi on the night of December 2, but had returned it a couple of days later.

Investigation is underway.
