Vladimir Putin appointed new Russian Ambassador to Armenia

The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin appointed Ivan Volinkin on the post of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia.
The corresponding document has been posted in the official website of the legal information system of the Russian Federation on March 22.
Previously Volinkin was the Deputy Head of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Volinkin will substitute Vyacheslav Kovalenko.
