Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel Yuri Khachaturov attended on Dec. 16 an inauguration ceremony of a residential building intended for 97 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Armenia in Yerevan, the Defense Ministry press office reported.

Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan congratulated the servicemen, noting that the Defense Ministry and the government pay attention to social security of servicemen and their families, particularly the housing problem.

The officers hosted the Defense Minister and the high-ranking guests in their new service apartments. Getting acquainted with the housing conditions, Seyran Ohanyan said that the apartments meet all requirements of up-to-dateness and have all necessary modern conveniences.
