Armenia’s State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) revealed unprecedented abuse of dairy products in the Armenian market. These are Ashtarak Kat, Mariana and Ani Kat companies, SCPEC informs.

SCPEC had earlier revealed abuse on dairy market.

The monitoring revealed that the above mentioned companies implemented unprecedented and serious violations of the law.

“The companies will be criminally liable to the violations,” SCPEC statement reads.

Ashtarak Kat was fined 50 million drams, Ani Kat 5 million drams, and Marianna 20 million drams.
