RA CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan met with U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern.

On December 15, the RA CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan met with U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern.

During the meeting the CEC Chairman presented the Ambassador the implementing works of the Central Electoral Commission due to the Electoral Code. Particularly the Chairman highlighted the importance of organizing professional trainings on holding elections, publication of appropriate guidelines on this occasion, implementation of other activities aimed at raising public awareness.

At the end of the meeting, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern wished success to the RA Central Election Commission, responsible for organizing the upcoming elections properly.
