Georgian President appointed prescheduled session of Parliament on Monday

President Mikheil Saakashvili ordered a decree for an prescheduled session of the Georgian Parliament. The appropriate document has been published on the official website of the presidential administration.
An prescheduled session of Parliament is scheduled for 14:00 am on March 25. President also publishes the agenda of the extraordinary session, which includes 49 issues and which includes the third reading of the constitutional amendments defining the powers of the president.
The agenda has not got the bill "General Courts", which caused a dispute between the parliamentary majority and the minority, where two pieces of legislation have already been read and before final approval is still only a third reading.
Advisor of the President of Georgia Nino Kalandadze said yesterday that the president against consideration of the bill "General Courts" without recommendations of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.
