Chairman of the New Times party Aram Karapetyan: "Next year is going to be a hard year: incomes will be raised, and a new wave of financial and economic crisis should be expected."

There cannot be any political struggle where political parties do not struggle with each other, which is actually incorporated in the coalition memorandum, Aram Karapetyan, Chairman of the New Times party, told journalists Dec. 19.
The coalition memorandum implies that the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) will run for parliament on a split ticket, he said.
According to Karapetyan, the authorities' will yield their positions during the elections, which was the case in Russia. Despite promises, next year is going to be a hard year: incomes will be raised, and a new wave of financial and economic crisis should be expected.
As regards election bribes, Hakob Hakobyan, a RPA member, said that citizens themselves are bribe-takers.
In response, Aram Karapetyan said it is surprising to speak of penal acts in a calm tone, without even realizing it.
