Scout of the team Steve Rowley advised the chief coach Arsene Wenger that he should follow the game of Mkhitaryan, arsenal-news.com reports. Rowley believes Mkhitaryan is one of the best football players of the Ukraine league and may replace Cesc Fabregas, who was transferred to Barcelona.
